"Scanner" was done by listening to a police radio, and finding a quote that an officer said. My quote was, "Shots fired in the air from a red Jeep". I then illustrated this with graphite and made a version of the illustration on both Adobe illustrator and Adobe photoshop. The brightly colored one is the illustrator version and the more realistic one was done on photoshop.
