childrens book watercolor
"Children's book watercolor" is a project based off of a children's book. I chose a children's book (Chilly Da Vinci by J. Ruthland) done in dip pen and watercolor then recreated parts of the book to match up and look like my painting was part of the book. On the left is the actual book (3 scans), and the rest of the photos are practice spreads to understand color mixing and line weight.
